1. TERMS

All KroveraOT Server account holders are responsible for the security of their accounts, registered email addresses and computer systems. They must not disclose account details to others.
KroveraOT Server is not responsible for any damage caused by compromised accounts.
While playing KroveraOT Server or making use of the website services the user must respect the server rules. If the user violates any of these rules, he may be punished with the temporary or permanent removal of the account and all services linked to that account will be terminated immediately.

2. SERVICES

All content available on the website or online game is the exclusive and sole property of KroveraOT Server, even those obtained through donations. The player has the right to use all content as soon as they follow the rules set out in these terms and conditions and the server rules.
KroveraOT Server has full rights to remove, modify and have access to all user accounts.
KroveraOT Server does not warrant that the website or online game content will be available, uninterrupted or error free.

3. DONATIONS

To make a monetary contribution to our services, users under the age of 18 must obtain approval from a parent or guardian and must meet all validity and enforceability requirements in Brazil to do so. Users under the age of 16 must ask the parent or guardian for approval and assistance during the contribution, if the payment method chosen is Credit Card or KroveraOT Server may ask the user to provide certain information for the specific purpose of confirming the validity of the account holder.
By making a contribution, the user agrees that he will not receive anything in return, except for virtual and worthless credits, these credits are given as a form of thanks for the contribution sent to us.

4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

The KroveraOT Server may modify, suspend or discontinue the Game Service (or any part thereof) at any time for any reason, in our sole discretion.

5. TERMS CHANGES AND CONDITIONS

KroveraOT Server may change these Terms and Conditions at any time and therefore the user undertakes to periodically check if there is a more up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and KroveraOT Server.
